A pavilion with total area of 200 m2 is primarily intended for production of music videos, advertising materials and other projects requiring small spaces.    

This pavilion was used for shooting of many commercials for the leading Ukrainian and foreign producers (Foxtrot, Obolon, Тoyota, МТС, Utel, Beeline, Viasat and etc). A lot of Ukrainian music stars produced their music videos here — among them Irina Bilyk, Kuzma Skryabin, Gouache, Natalia Volkova, Olga Polyakova and others.

The pavilion’s structure also includes make-up rooms, recreation rooms, utility spaces, a hall and a reception
