Ukrainian creative production Glowberry has got a new partner and presents at Kidscreen Summit the first episode of Brave Bunnies animated series

Ukrainian creative production Glowberry with the project Brave Bunnies entered into a partnership with the world-renowned and multi award-winning animation studio Aardman Animations English animation studio.

From now on, Aardman Animations becomes the global distributor of television content for Brave Bunnies animated series. The first season of Brave Bunnies will consist of 52 episodes of 7 minutes. The premiere of the animated series for the viewers is scheduled for the first half of 2021. The author of the idea and creative producer is Olga Cherepanova.

Brave Bunnies is a joint product of Glowberry and Anima Spanish animation studio. The plot focuses on the family of Brave Bunnies, travelling on their Bunny Bus around the world in search of new friends and fascinating adventures.

February 10-13, in Miami, at Kidscreen Summit Glowberry and Aardman Animation will present the first 7-minute episode of Brave Bunnies animated series. The company will represent the interests of creative production Glowberry in the distribution and promotion of television animation content around the world, contributing to the search for broadcasters, distributors, digital platforms, licensees etc.

The mediator in the conclusion of the agreement has become Big Picture Licensing, an international licensing agency that has been working in the field of commercial licensing and brand licensing for more than 35 years.

A team of Ukrainian illustrators and an international team of scriptwriters from Canada, the UK, and Ukraine are working together on the Brave Bunnies animated series.

Co-production partner of the animated series is Anima leading animation studio with offices in Mexico City, Madrid and the Canary Islands.

The original idea was developed by Olga Cherepanova - creative producer of the animated series. Olga has created more than 100 commercial television commercials, more than 10 applications for kids, has issued 5 kids’ books. Concepts of Olga’s Mom Hurries Home and Brave Bunnies animated series were on the short lists of world animation festivals in 2017-2018, including Cartoon Forum, Annecy International Animation Film Festival, Ottawa International Animation Festival, Cartoon 360, Animation Production Day, The Financing Forum For Kids Content, MIPCOM.

The Director of the series is Tim Fehrenbach (Great Britain), whose projects received awards and nominations for the BAFTA, Kidscreen Awards and Broadcast Awards as the best animated projects (known for such animated series as Sarah & Duck, Charlie and Lola,

Mr Bean, Pablo).

The Head Writer is John van Bruggen (Canada). He has over 20 years of experience in the animation. Winner of two Gemini Award nominations for the best scripts for animated series (known for such projects as Stella and Sam, Tee and Mo, Nina's World, Franklin and Friends, Rev & Roll, Justin Time GO!)

The Art Director of the series is Anna Sarvira, an illustrator and artist who has illustrated over 20 kids’ books. Her works took part in exhibitions in Ukraine, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Georgia, Italy, Japan, and the USA.

Brave Bunnies is an animated entertaining and educational 2D series for preschool kids. The main idea of the series is to show kids the versatility of the world around them, teach them to accept various traits of others and find a common language even with those who are different. Using the example of Brave Bunnies and their friends, parents can explain how to interact with other kids in the kindergarten or at the playground. Each episode features a new friend and a new game that you can play together.
