March 31 we will hold a workshop within Skill Bill Start programme on "Sound postproduction. Voice-over, dubbing. Translation-adaptation of foreign content for the local audience".

During the workshop we will address the following questions:

• Working with sound: from on site sound to the master copy.
• On site sound: save or tone.
• Noise postproduction. Foley.
• Atmospheric noise. 
• Sound effects.
• Differences between voice-over, dubbing, lip-synch. 
• Voice casting. Profession of a dubbing actor.
• Adaptation of television product for the local audience.
