September 21 MIM members visited the largest film studio in Ukraine FILM.UA Group.

The highlight of the event was a "family" excursion. For the foirst time MIM graduates have brought their families - children and beloved ones. This tour impressed both adults or young members of the MIM community.

Anastasia Mironova, manager of FILM.UA. Group, acted as a tour guide and introduced members to the features of the film industry and the prospects for its development in Ukraine. It was interesting to hear that domestic films and TV series that were shot here, are being broadcasted in 50 countries, and not only in Europe but also in China and Brazil!

Guests visited a special room in which channel's signal is transmitted to the satellite, and then visited the dubbing studio where once was created a beautiful Ukrainian version of the animated film "Cars". The guests learned what lipsing is, what is the difference between voice-over and dubbing, and saw with their own eyes the process of dubbing a cartoon.

Recording studio aroused great enthusiasm - one of the largest professional studios can accommodate a symphony orchestra and many well-known artists such as Diana Arbenina and Yolka recorded their songs. After that, some of MIM members had a desire to record their own single.

No less impression made soundstages, where movies, TV shows and 3D cartoons are shot. In particular, guests saw where well-known programmes like "Let's get married", "Ukraine's Got Talent", "X - Factor" and others were shot. And in the pavilion where "Lawsuits. Offence and Penalty" and "Family court" are shot, MIM members explored the mysteries of the investigation and acted like real actors trying on the role of judges and lawyers. At the end, guests received small gifts from FILM.UA, and graduates of business schools thanked their "guide" and agreed on the next excursion, this time in the corporate format for their colleagues.

Anastasia Mironova, FILM.UA Group: «This tour was conducted in the new format. For the first time we had the opportunity to not just talk about the features of filmmaking, but also to discuss business in general, the process in terms of interesting developments and economic feasibility. It was important not just to present, but to find common ground, and we succeeded. When there are professionals open to new ideas a constructive dialogue will always work out and provide a powerful new charge and inspiration! We hope that this is just the beginning of our fruitful cooperation».
