This year, FILM.UA decided to support talented students - future film and television directors. According to the commission, it was decided to give FILM.UA scholarship to three best students of 2nd, 3rd and 4th courses of KNU named after Karpenko-Kary.
All students who wish to receive a scholarship, submitted their best works to the commission. We received around 40 works of 10 talented students - future directors. Commission composed of creative and executive producers FILM.UA viewed all the films. All pictures were worthy, and therefore there was a lot of debate among the committee members.
As a result, there were selected three lucky winners, whose films made a great impression, they are Natalia Noenko, student of the 4th course, specialty "Television director"; Roman Lyubiy, a student of the 4th course, specialty "Feature film director"; Aksinya Gontar, student of 3rd course, specialty "Feature film director".
In the first Friday of the 2012 school year, representatives of FILM.UA, in the person of Catherine Shvets and Vladimir Issat, announced the winners of the competition, as well as the competition for the best graduation work, which will receive a grant for the producing of the film.
