FILM.UA Group announces the assignement of Mr. Sergey Molchanov to a position of a Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Molchanov has a basic economic education and significant experience in the financial field.
Mr. Molchanov graduated with honors from the National Agrarian University in 2001, where he received a Master of Economics degree in finance. After studying at the University, Mr. Molchanov undertook an internship at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. At the moment Sergey holds ASSOCIATION OF CERTIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS (ACCA) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certificates.
Mr. Molchanov worked in ISTIL Management (ISTIL GROUP), where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer and carried out the full range of ISTIL Group's financial management. In 2005-2006, Sergey worked in the group of companies Interregional Investment Union, where he headed the Department of Audit and Investment. In 2001 - 2006, Mr. Molchanov worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Ukraine at various positions, as well as at Cardinal Resources plc (London) in the position of financial controller.
