For the third year, the Independent Association of Broadcasters (IAB) together with FILM.UA hold a festival KINOMEDIA - a non-profit film festival about the principles of newspaper reporters, journalists, broadcasters, PR practitioners and others who write, shoot, talk and work in the field of media.
"Justice for Sergei" - an extraordinary story of Sergei Magnitsky, a Russian lawyer who died in November 2009 at the age of 37 years as a result of torture in the detention center of Moscow, and didn’t await trial. The film makes the viewer think about many life values, but most importantly - about justice in our countries.
Entry submission for the competition of the festival Kinomedia ended on November 15. This year's selection was more severe than in previous years. There were 46 entries submitted, 20 of which have failed. In the end, 26 works entered final straight, winners will be selected in the following categories:
• Grand Prix
• Best Feature Film
• Best Animated Film
• Best Documentary
• Best Experimental Film
• People's Choice Award
Final winners will be announced on December 5. Venue of the ceremony is being specified. Follow the news on the festival website
