Love in Chains screening ended with great figures: the series has set several records at once!
On Thursday, September 19, STB TV channel finished airing the second season of Love in Chains, a joint project of FILM.UA and StarLight Films. According to TV viewing results, the series became a leader among all TV channels and the best product in STB history. During two seasons, the series ranked first in top 20 TV programs every day, grew its results, kept its first place in the slot, and the breakaway from the closest competitor amounted to more than 50 per cent.
The story of a bondmaid Kateryna Verbytska fighting for her love and freedom was watched by over 22.6 million people (70 per cent of the country’s population). The second season of Love in Chains had a share 17 per cent higher than the first (18.5 per cent for 18-54 audience). Each episode of the second season was viewed by over 2.7 million people on average.
The final episode of the second season has had record-breaking results: share of 22.6, ranking of 6.0; at the peak moment of Kateryna’s and Andriy’s wedding the share of TV viewing amounted to 26.3 (18-54 audience, 50+ cities).
Today, LoveinChainsoccupies first nine ranks in top ten TV products of this autumn. Top twenty of the highest-ranking autumn products feature Love in Chains on 15 positions.
Another reminder: Love in Chain has had hugely successful broadcast in Poland.
Starting from September 23, project screening in Kazakhstan starts – we believe they will love our Kateryna there as well!
