On June 24, 2012, Israel Television Channel 9 will premiere series «Waiting List», produced by FILM.UA and film company Shpil. The film was directed by Andrey Chernykh, known to the public for the film «Bajazet». 12-episode series tells about the complicated life of transplant surgeons. The series will be broadcasted from Sunday to Thursday at 21:45.

For the doctors of transplant clinic every day is the battle for one’s life, and their private worries could be a death sentence for an operated patient, their high-skilled movements are ultimate and there is no room for private emotions. The bureaucracy and permanent suspicion of law enforcement, personal dramas and excitement, doubts and fears have to stay outside the operating room, so that the doctors could catch the chance to save another life.
Each episode is a separate story about the events in the life of the Grokholsky’s transplant clinic medical staff. The series raises very important social and medical issues, but at the same time, not overloaded with specific professional information and the main storyline would be primarily about dramatic human fate
Shooting of the series lasted from August to November 2011 and were no less intense than the plot of the series. By the way, scriptwriter of the film was Alla Krinitsina, who confessed that a single period of her life she spent watching the life inside the hospital.

On the set of the series a concrete slab fell on one of the cars, Mercedes was shot from a firearm, and another car was nearly crushed by a garbage truck. All these scenes were shot live, with the participation of professional stuntmen, pyrotechnics and other professionals.
Special attention is paid to the medical line in the series. The film is full of impressive scenes with organ transplantation, scenes with rendering first aid and common medical procedures. In order to make it all look real, medical consultant always was present at the shooting area, he helped to make everything look "real.
