The protagonist is major Anton Amosov who is forced to come back to a provincial town he was born in. Still, no calm life awaits him: his new boss Olga Kulikova presents him with unsolved cases one after the other. By pure accident, major meets a young seer Elena. Though Amosov has never believed in magic, Elena’s powers do impress him. It looks like this couple can solve lots of hung-up cases together.
