On January 10, the first official trailer of Stronghold, Ukrainian fantasy about superheroes, was premiered. In a bit more than 24 hours the trailer has reached over 100,000 views only at the project’s official YouTube channel and made it to top 3 trending videos in the Ukrainian segment of video service for January 10.
The trailer was warmly welcomed by Internet users and gathered thousands of comments in social networks and the media. On the YouTube channel itself the proportion of likes and dislikes has amounted to 90/10, which shows positive reaction of those who watched the video. The viewing rates at other resources and YouTube channels of film partners are still being calculated.
Just a reminder: the premiere of Stronghold, the first Ukrainian fantasy about superheroes directed by Yuriy Kovaliov, will take place in autumn 2017. The film based on a book with the same title by Vladimir Rutkovsky is released by B&H Film Distribution.
The rights to demonstrate Ukrainian fantasy film Stronghold were sold already during the filming stage to Italy, Spain, Iran, and Japan as well as to France and other French-speaking territories. Besides, a pre-sale agreement was signed with China. Contracts with Germany and Latin American countries are in the negotiation stage.
