Annually FILM.UA Faculty, with the support of FILM.UA Group, in addition to the scholarship program for Kyiv State I. K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University, produces one of the students' projects. FILM.UA provides full assistance throughout the production period, which includes consultations on the script, selection of locations, costumes, props, technical equipment, post-production services, as well as film festival distribution.
The jury voted for the diploma work "Date of death" of a 4th year student Katerina Demchenko.
Katerina, Mykhailo Illenko workshop student, studies film directing and chose a complicated genre for he work - a psychological drama.

One evening, Masha receives a link from a friend to a cool online test which shows the date of her death. After passing the test Masha understands that this day is about to come. Having laughed at the result, along with her friend, she quickly forgets about it.
The next day, without any fear, Masha comes to the swimming class. Suddenly, in the middle of the heat, she starts having cramp in her leg and she starts to sink. No one even tries to save the girl.
Waking up, Masha realizes that it was just a dream, however, she is unable to forget about the yesterday joke. Further events only aggravate the situation...
The shooting is scheduled for February.
