Expert - Roman Balayan.
Film director, screenwriter and producer, laureate of the State Prize of the USSR, People's Artist of Ukraine.
Graduated by the Ivan Karpenko-Kary Institute of Theater Arts, he has lived and worked in Ukraine. Balayan calls himself a student of Sergei Parajanov. He was nominated and won several international prizes. His 1977 film Lone Wolf was entered into the 28th Berlin International Film Festival and his 2008 film Birds of Paradisewas shown at the 30th Moscow International Film Festival.
In 2003 he debuted as a producer of the film "Night of light", on which he also worked as a screenwriter and director.
In 2012, co-produced the television movie "Chimney guest".
