Workshop "Film set. Effective managment and control"

December 9 within Skill Bill Start programme Sergey Lysyany will hold a workshop "Film set. Effective managment and control". 

During the workshop we'll discuss the following issues:

• Work of the production manager on the set
• Connection between correct budgeting and comfortable working conditions for the crew.
• Film departments, their objectives, structure, communication.
• Atmosphere on the set, what and who defines it.
• Managing shooting in various conditions.
• Ways to control the work of all departments.
• How to join the crew without experience.

Sergey Lysyany, production manager, executive producer at PRONTO FILM.

Sergey has big experience in various television projects and feature films, managment experience in several countries, shooting in difficult conditions (including underwater shooting), working with large creative groups, including international teams (where some people speak only in English).
