INSTEAD OF SAFONOVA
Olga Sumskaya, who is 48 years old, plays a 60-year old gellery owner. The role of her son is performed by a Moscow actor Anton Feoktistov. Olga mentioned that she watched the movie "Sharper" with Anton, but did not think that he will ever play her son.
It was decided not to put years on Olga's character, only small cosmetic changes. However, it's still hard to recognize her in a new appearance: upswept hair, business suit, high heels. Sumskaya plays an awful person: her love for grandson makes her poison daughter-in-law, pours her medications to remove competitor and expose it as drug addiction.
By the way, lot of popular actresses tried out for Sofia's part, including Elena Safonova, but our Roxolana managed to convince the casting crew. By the way, for 60 episodes three boys plat the part of her grandson.
BED AND CLOTHES
Director said that the most difficult scenes in the film are bedroom scene as they are technically complicated. Sofia is considered the most stylish character with around 50 dresses in her wardrobe, including antique and modern jewelery.
For the shooting artistic director Vlad Odudenko constructed luxurious mansion rooms of the gallery owner. Here you can find luxury furniture, reproductions of famous works of the Renaissance and Middle Ages. The only original picture in the series is a portrait of Greek women (played by Olga Grishina), which was created by Ukrainian artist Catherine Kosyanenko. Antique dishes were found at flea markets, taken in rent, also there were copies of the originals. The premire is scheduled for the next year on the TV channel "Inter".
