Yesterday within Skill Bill Pro we held a master class on budgeting and production planning. We discussed:

- Whether you should go on an expedition to the Altai or you can create a village near Kiev

- All the main points of the budget

- How to shoot a 60-episode series in 3 months - work plan for two parallel groups

- When you can save money and when not

- How much time youn need on each of the production periods

- At what stage you need to think about special effects and attract someone for proper planning and budgeting

- What is a production per day and what it depends on

Samples of the production plan, call sheet, timing, as well as a sample of European budget one could take home in printed form.

Ekaterina Shvets, executive producer at FILM.UA, and Anna Skok, production manager at FILM.UA, told everything in details, drawing on their works: series "Hello, mother!",  mini-series "Strangely familiar" and "Inseparable".
