Detective series The Sniffer, produced by FILM.UA, was selected for the showcase at Series Mania Festival in Paris, France.
Coproduction forum coordinator assistant Mélissa Blanco said: "I would like to confirm that we were very impressed by the quality of The Sniffer and the Series Mania selecting committee would like to include the series in the showcase reserved to professionals during the festival".
During the nine days of the festival (April 22-30), accredited professionals of the festival can watch the series whenever they want in a "Collection room".
The Forum des Images, one of the most well-known cultural institutions in Paris dedicated to cinema, is about to launch the 5th edition of the Series Mania Festival,who has become in four years one of the most important place to be for European TV series: more than 12 000 spectators and 580 professionals last year and a program gathering the best of the latest TV series from all over the world.
Buoyed by this great success, Series Mania season 5 will present an eclectic selection to a large audience eager to discover how creative and daring television series can now be. Over 30 different television series from around the world will be shown on full-size movie-theater screens combining exclusive content, previews and well-loved favourites.
