Vladimir Khalaimov joins a small company’s «friendly» female staff as a deputy director. The appearance of a handsome lady-killer causes a real turmoil in a female collective. Vladimir himself falls for a girl named Sasha Arbenina, who he by chance met in the street shortly before his new appointment. Her new acquaintance being her new boss, Sasha understands that dating him won’t do any good. But Sasha’s resistance only triggers his passion as he is the guy not used to defeats on the battle field of love. In the meantime, it turns out that Khalaimov was a high school sweet heart of Mariana, the head of the department where Sasha works.
