Program «Family Court» is a project of FILM.UA Television. A project which won the attention of the audience from the moment it had first appeared. Interest in the project has grown so much that eventually a decision was made to divide «Court cases» according to the theme of the editions.
«Family Court» is a program, which is designed to explain to the audience and show obvious cases of the issues, which can be appealed to the court, and also possible case dispositions on these issues. In the program the attention is paid to the resolution of arguments concerning private family pecuniary and non-pecuniary relationship between spouses, parents and children, adoptive parents and adopted children, between child’s parents concerning child’s upbringing, development and support.
