"Ukraine. The Starting Point" is a large documentary project dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Ukrainian independence and the collapse of the Soviet Union.

The revolutionary events of 1989-1991 changed the geopolitical setup of the world forever. They became milestones in the history of many European countries, which acquired sovereignty and chose the path of independent development for their nations.

Though these events were significant for millions of people, they still remain relatively unknown to the large audience. From the film, the spectators will learn firsthand about these political transformations and the foundation of independent Ukraine.
