In January 2014 TV channel "Ukraine" will air entertaining and informative blockbusters "Great dreamers" which will introduce viewers to the incredible lives of people who left their mark in history: Archimedes, Leonardo da Vinci, Jules Verne, Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, Nikola Tesla.
Series "Great dreamers" was produced by Ukrainian studios FILM.UA and Signal Red. It consists of five programmes and was created at the highest artistic and technical level that is confirmed by international awards. In autumn 2013 one of the programmes won silver dolphin at Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, and earlier the project was awarded Platinum Remi award at WorldFest Houston.
"Great dreamers" is an unusual and exclusive project for Ukrainian television. This is a unique series of spectacular films about the world's outstanding scientists of the past. They themselves were often viewed by their contemporaries as obsessed and incorrigible dreamers, sometimes even crazies. It is due to their profound and firm belief, scientific approach and passionate enthusiasm that they managed to do what appeared to be too much to many others.

The project will be interesting for both adults and children. Viewers of channel "Ukraine" will see some very interesting stories about outstanding scientists, will spend time in front of TV with pleasure as stories about geniuses of science will be explained in an easy and interesting way."
Dreams and fantasies, plans and vision of the future - it all appears on the screen almost as a fairytale story with vivid special effects and historical reconstructions. They help to show the whole scale of thinking, activities and discoveries of great scientists. Computer graphics takes from 30% to 50 % of screen time each of the project.
Previously TV channel "Ukraine" has aired the film of its own production «Made in Ukraine», which introduced viewers to the world's outstanding Ukrainian scientists.
