“Creative Europe” Holding a Series of Webinars “European Opportunities for Ukrainian Cinema”

This fall the National Bureau of the EU program “Creative Europe” in Ukraine in partnership with Ukrainian Film School and the Ukrainian State Film Agency organises a series of webinars “European Opportunities for Ukrainian Cinema”. The objective of this cooperation is to introduce different opportunities for audio and visual projects to the film industry members and to support the Ukrainian cinema approach to the European level.

The webinars will be dedicated to the international co-production and distribution of Ukrainian films, pitching and participation in the European script film labs. Speakers will also discuss opportunities to support audiovisual works through international programs and foundations, like “Creative Europe”, the European Cinema Support Fund (Eurimages).

Participants will have a chance to ask questions and talk to leading actors in the industry. Among the speakers there will be:

• film industry representatives: Igor STORCHAK, FILM.UA Distribution director (The Sniffer, The Stolen Princess, Mr. JONES, The Rising Hawk), Egor OLESOV, general producer of Kinorob (Mr. JONES, The Rising Hawk) and CEO of Animagrad animation studio (FILM.UA Group), Olha MATAT, producer of Evos Film (Katia), Oleksandra KOSTINA, producer of Bosonfilm (Vacuum);
• Ukraine’s representatives in Eurimages: Volodymyr IATSENKO and Serhii ZLENKO.

The participation in webinars is for free subject to pre-registration. All selected participants will have confirmations a day before the event.
