Hide and Seek criminal drama in the main competition of SERIESSERIES, a prestigious French festival.
“We are truly delighted to have made it to the program of such a prestigious festival. This year, Series Series has selected eight European TV shows, including Hide and Seek. The episode will be shown on a big screen in Fontainebleau antique castle. The guests include renowned European producers, screenwriters and directors. We are anxious to find out their reaction. Besides, Series Series is an active working platform for creators of European content. They come here to exchange experiences, determine trends and developments,” – says Olesya Lukyanenko, film’s creative producer.
On July 2, at 4:45 PM SERIESSERIES in France (a festival taking place on July 1-3), will host the screening of the first episode and a case study of Hide and Seek TV show. It has been selected to the main program of the festival and will be presented to the international audience by the team consisting of Olesya Lukyanenko, creative producer; Simor Glasenko, screenwriter (Aleksandr Protsyuk); Irina Gromozda, director; and Sergey Krutko, cameraman.
Just a reminder: last Wednesday, the first Eastern European screening of Hide and Seek took place at the biggest Eastern European content market NATPE in Budapest. And in April the film beat huge competition and became one of ten finalists at MIPDrama Buyers Summit, among the most expected series projects at the market.

Synopsis: In a regular apartment, a father and his daughter are playing hide-and-seek. Closing his eyes, the father starts counting. One… Two… Three… Four… Five… He starts looking for the girl but he DOESN’T FIND HER. The apartment is locked from inside, and during the game neither the father nor the girl left it. Understanding that the girl has disappeared for real, the father calls the police. Later, a video appears on the Net where the disappeared girl is holding a sign with a mysterious combination of numbers. It is obvious that the child has been kidnapped, and this is just the FIRST VICTIM in someone’s complicated and cruel game.
