A couple of days ago, one of FILM.UA studio pavilions has become the filming set of the fourth season of Dr Baby Dust medical drama…

The new season is set in Professor Klimov’s private reproductive clinic organized in FILM.UA pavilion No. 5. The audience will see both familiar characters, their favorites from previous seasons, and new ones.

Two new charismatic doctors will appear in the clinic, Natalia Timchenko and Aleksandr Rodionov. An instant sympathy will appear between them, but past traumas and secrets won’t allow them to openly express their feelings.

The clinic is headed by geneticist Lev Borisovich Kvitko. He manages lab research to correct defect genes of the fetus while still in the mother’s womb. And his energetic wife Vita Igorevna and mischievous younger twins won’t let Lev Borisovich get too comfortable.

There will be antagonists as well! For example, Rodionov will have an adversary, fertility specialist Yevgeniy Sedelnikov. Doctor Oleg Chernov who the audience knows very well will also appear in the clinic, with a whole trail of intrigues and shady business behind him.

This is what creative producer Yulia Mischenko told about season four of Dr Baby Dust:

“There will be lots of nice and positive stories in the new season. We’ll tell about love overcoming all trials and tribulations and that to love all ages yield surrender. Our characters will fight for the lives of babies and protect the health of their mothers, help families find the ways towards understanding and forgiveness. And of course, we’ll pay a lot of attention to our main romantic couple, Natalia Timchenko and Aleksandr Rodionov. We’ll also spice up the plot with secrets, riddles and intrigues…”

Several directors will work on the project, and the series is launched by experienced and talented Andrey Osmolovsky.

I can add there’ll be several love lines, and the whole series is full of love in general. However, I won’t divulge who will have feelings for whom and how these stories will end. There will be a detective twist as well; the script is very dense and fascinating. Of course, spirituality and humanity will be in the foreground but we won’t leave you without intrigues and vagaries. I won't tell you all, you only have to wait and watch new episodes of Dr Baby Dust,” said Andrey Osmolovsky.

The new characters will be played by Pyotr Rykov and Darya Yegorkina.

This is how Pyotr describes his character:

My Rodionov will be totally different, not like doctor Shirokov. I like his poise and inner confidence in his actions. He is ready to stand up to his decisions and sometimes even beat somebody up to get things right. I also like it that Rodionov does not yield to compromises but instead wants to find his true love.”

And the emergence of new doctor Rodionov won’t go unnoticed by the female employees of the clinic.

However, Aleksandr Petrovich himself will pay attention to a good-looking girl he’ll first take for a patient. But that would be Natalia Ivanovna Timchenko, new head of ob-gyn department.

“Natalia Ivanovna is a rather young woman but she has achieved some serious success; plus she is bringing up an eight-year-old son on her own. I really like her strength, ability to achieve the goals she sets and not backing off in front of challenges. I can add that my character will fall in love with a good man, and I really hope that Natalia finds her happiness,” said Daria Yegorkina, telling about her character.

The new season, just like the previous ones, will have 40 episodes, and the filming will last until mid-August 2019. And we’ll remind you that three previous seasons of the medical drama enjoyed enormous success and excellent rankings because high-quality medical stories are always in demand and spur significant interest among the audience.

We wish every success to the project team! We’ll be visiting the set from time to time to tell you what’s cooking there.
