During the first month, international box office of The Stolen Princess animated strip was replenished with another million dollars

The Stolen Princess animationstrip proceeds to set new records both in the domestic box office and on the international level: the cartoon collected $ 1,086,865 outside Ukraine.

Therefore, the worldwide box office of The Stolen Princess has amounted to $ 2,467,850, and it became the highest-grossing Ukrainian-made film from the times of independent Ukraine.

Just a reminder: on March 7, the animated film was released in Ukraine, where The Stolen Princess immediately set a record. In two weeks the film collected $ 1,127,873 and surpassed the three-month box office of Cyborgs military drama, which amounted to $ 886,437. Now the Ukrainian box office of the animated film has reached the mark of $ 1,380,985, and 491,183 Ukrainians have watched it. The film is still being screened.

On March 16, the first international release took place in Romania where the box office surpassed those of Coco, Ferdinand and Baby Boss by the first weekend, losing only to the sequel of the Cars franchise produced by Hollywood studios Disney Pixar, DreamWorks Animation, and Blue Sky Studios.

The Stolen Princess, which is the first animated feature by Animagrad studio (FILM.UA Group), is currently screened in cinemas of 16 countries: Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Vietnam.

On April 20, another country had been added to the international animation film release map. This was Mongolia, where the title had been translated as Hulgaylagdsan Gunj, and the screenings would be held in Mongolian. The work on adaptation was carried out by Digital Content distributing company. For the cartoon’s advertising campaign in Mongolian, the poster and the second trailer were translated, and the social media featured special character introductions, animations, and themed images.
