Shooting of a 24-episode series "Baby boxes" has come to an end. Each episode of the series is a story of saved infant planted in the so-called “baby box”, a special spot arranged in a maternity or a children’s hospital for those who wish to anonymously get rid of the baby.
"Each of these stories is based on true events. Of course, there is a huge amount of the author's imagination, but the basis of everything, though it might seem paradoxical, has taken place in real life, - says Vladimir Issat, film producer. - For example, in one of the episodes a young man sees how from the window of a passing train somebody throws out a bundle. He comes closer and finds a newborn child, still in the placenta. This is a real fact. All the rest is a fiction".
The film is set in a children’s hospital of a perinatal center, with the doctors and the medical staff put forward as characters. They give the foundling a start in life, providing treatment and care. Then come the parents who reached a conscious decision to adopt another one’s child. Still, the baby remains the central character as the events are unfolding around the little boy or girl.The plot of each film episode is full of unexpected twists and turns.

Premiere of a 24-episode series "Baby Boxes" will take place on Ukraina TV channel.
FILM.UA also completed shooting of a first series about Kiev police "15 Vladimirskaya Street". First 16 episodes premiered in autumn on ICTV and soon it will broadcast the continuation of the series.
A task force is established in a district internal affairs administration to investigate complicated, confusing and mysterious crimes in hot pursuit. The team has four case officers, all of them differing in disposition, character, and experience. Each one has his own story of coming to work for the police and his own methods and approaches in fulfilling the tasks, sometimes stepping on illegal grounds. Still, they have a common goal: to find and to neutralize the culprit.

The plot of the film includes both real crime stories which were committed in Kiev and made up ones.
"Main characters have to fight not only with criminals, their own complexes and mysteries, but, above all, the vestiges inside the system, inertia, corruption, nepotism and permissiveness - says creative producer of the series, Vladimir Issat. - And since the action takes place nowadays, naturally, today events and burning recent past affected the storyline of the movie. Along with the Ukrainian police, which acts as a partner, we'll live through all the vicissitudes of today's formation and the upcoming reform of the Interior Ministry".
