As you know, on television summer is a period for active preparation for the autumn season. On ICTV new season promises to be hot - channel prepares seven primieres! And all of them produced in Ukraine. The channel remains true to its preferences and focuses on detective stories: "The Dog", "Nikonov & Co.", "15, Vladimirskaya str.", "44th Department", "Investigators", "Self-defense patrol", as well as continuation of one of the most successful TV series - "The Sniffer 2".

- From the beginning I believed in this series and that it will be successful - said the author and director of "The Sniffer" Artem Litvinenko. - In Europe and America successful TV series usually have many seasons. After all, if the story stings to the quick, then everyone wonders what will happen next. Though, I admit, the second season we started to shoot before completing the first.

- What is going to surprise the viewer in the second season?

- The series has become tougher, and the story is more complicated. You will see an evil that Sniffer will try to defeat during the eight episodes. In the second season, viewers will see a new character - a forensic scientist Irina Nordin, played by Lithuanian actress Agne Grudite.

Main character of a 16-episode detective series "Nikonov & Co.» (FILM.UA, Mamas production) became a talented investigator Sergey Nikonov, who has a spine injure and is wheelchair-bound. However, this does not prevent him from investigating cases on which the authorities gave up. An intern Skrepkov comes to Nikonov's assistance. The role of detective is played by a famous Ukrainian actor Alexander Kobzar. His partner is played by Robert Feldman, for which this project will be a debut.

The series "15, Vladimirskaya str." is based on a true story and takes place in the capital. Its characters investigate the most complex cases in Kiev, restoring the lost reputation of the police. In the story, chief of police department creates a task force of professionals that every day investigates complicated crimes. Producer of the series, Vladimir Issat said that for the first time in recent years, main characters will be Ukrainian law enforcers instead of Russian cops.

- Characters of the series will become police officers of Kiev police department, - said Vladimir Issat. - The group, which consists of four people, works on the disclosure of complex, confusing and mysterious crimes committed in the capital. Many of them are based on true events.

The protagonist of the series, a team leader Major Dikij is a closed man, who is interested in Eastern philosophy and martial arts, with a keen sense and excessivea sense of justice.

- The action of the series takes place these days and, of course, events of present and recent past affected the plot, - says Vladimir. - Together with the Ukrainian police, which acts as a co-production partner, we'll live through all the vicissitudes of today's formation and the upcoming reform of the Interior Ministry. The peculiarity of the series is that the protagonist will be Kiev. Creative team was given a task to show the unusual side of the city. However, it will appear, as always, beautiful, warm, free city, full of history, mystery and extraordinary people...Extras of the series are ordinary citizens, people of Kiev. Only Ukrainian actors take part in the project. I have to admit, it's not an easy task. However, I hope that the audience will be surprised.
