In June, FILM.UA Group in co-production with Mamas Production started shooting a 16-episode detective series "Nikonov & Co.".
In a shootout a 38-year-old employee of the operational investigative department of MIA Sergei Nikonov (Alexander Kobzar) gets a serious injury of the spine. Sergey's legs are paralyzed legs, he can move only in a wheelchair. To escape from his personal tragedies and cope with depression, Sergei organizes in his apartment an unofficial department to investigate criminal offenses.
Filming will take place in Kiev and Kiev region to the end of August. The premiere of "Nikonov & Co." will take place on TV channel ICTV.
