On Saturday, April 12, WorldFest held its Awards Ceremony in Houston. TV Drama «Inseparable» (FILM.UA) and docudrama «Leonardo da Vinci» (FILM.UA, Signal Red) received Platinum Remi Award in categories TV Special-Drama and Documentary.
In 2012 project «The Bomber» (produced by FILM.UA and «Shpil») received Special Jury Remi Award in the category “mini-series”. Docudramas «Jules Verne. A life long journey», «Free energy of Tesla» and «Tsiolkovsky’s worlds of miracle» (co-produced by FILM.UA and Signal Red) received Platinum Remi Award in the category “documentary”.
Founded in 1961 WorldFest became the third competitive international film festival in North America, following San Francisco and New York. WorldFest is the oldest Independent Film & Video Festival in the World. It evolved into a competitive International Film Festival in April. WorldFest offers competition in TV Production, Documentary, Corporate & Business Films, Student & Experimental, TV Commercials, Film & Video Production, Music Videos, New Media (Interactive & Web Sites) and unproduced Screenplays.
